Invisalign® uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten your teeth. Each aligner moves your teeth a tiny amount, and you switch to a new set every 1-2 weeks. No metal brackets, no wires, just clear plastic that's nearly invisible.

The good news is you can eat whatever you like, there are no food restrictions like there are with braces. Just take your aligners out, eat, brush your teeth, and put them back in.
